The Questions That People Generally Ask.

How is the Gym different than all these other gyms?

The Gymnasium has advanced machines and our members usually train to the duration they want to. We specialize in natural fitness while providing a positive, energetic environment. Our workouts are run in a class format and are lead by one of our awesome certified personal trainers, maintaining that not only will you get a great workout; you’ll train safely and effectively.

We are the only gym that uses undulating periodization for our workout classes. What is undulating periodization you ask? Well, simply put, it’s the division of an overall training program to accomplish different goals. It modulates volume, intensity and frequency to stimulate gains and allow for recovery. We call this our 8 Week Cycle and yes, each 8 Week Cycle has a completely different focus allowing for varied workouts. Along with our 8 Week Cycles, we offer 3 levels of training in each class. We call these levels Stability, Strength and Power, which basically means beginner to advanced. So not only do you have a program to follow, you also have a level to follow in class.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

Increasing Strength : These are our strength training classes which are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. The focus in these classes are developing strength and power while maintaining technique, progressing and improving performance, building confidence and helping others to do the same. Clinics held throughout the year on improving kettlebell technique and body weight exercises like handstands and muscle ups.

Body Building : Body Building utilizes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to create a cardiovascular workout. This class improves physical fitness with short intense intervals. You will work with a wide variety of equipment and techniques designed to challenge cardiovascular endurance, agility, and balance.

Eischens Yoga : Eischens Yoga is unique because it is the only yoga in the world to incorporate immediate sensory feedback. Students of Eischens Yoga have reported an increase in joint flexibility, increased range of motion, greater strength, calmness of mind, and a decrease in muscle tension and pain.

Power Lifting : It is another very unique class that works to break up scar tissue AND strengthen weak links in the body. This class is the perfect class if you have enough strength and stamina. Within this class you will do specific weight lifting exercises and movements to open and Muscle up ur chest and bicep areas. It may be painful at times, but you'll finish walking on a cloud!

What are your membership options?

To get new members comfortable with the skills, exercises, and our class workouts we ask that you start with a free introductory session plus three paid personal training sessions, called our Right Start Package. Starting with personal training sessions helps us put your safety and comfort first and allows for a smoother transition when finally entering the class environment.

What is your 60 Day Fitness Challenge?

Our 60 Day Fitness Challenge is our way of proving our training works, and that anyone can do it. It starts with a group class for the Challengers where everyone is educated in basic movements skills, basic mobility and stability skills and basic plant based nutrition. Each Challenger is introduced to the Gymnasium class structure and how to plan their classes around their Challenge goals.

At the half-way point our average participant will have lost 16 lbs of body fat and gained 3.5 lbs of muscle. The Regular Challenge runs 2 times a year with a 30-Day Challenge in between. You can also do it privately in small groups starting anytime!

I’ve never really worked out before, will this be too hard for me?

Never! Our workouts are always broken into skill levels and the exercises into progressions so that everyone is working at their own fitness levels. This is perfect everyone from the complete novice to the professional athlete.
